How do I return an item? RETURN POLICY All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See Terms
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. If the order that you want to cancel has no ship, we can process the cancelation and refund immediately.
VitaJuwel products have non-return police or refund police after ship. If you cancel before ship, we can process your refund. For Grander Water products once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery for small accessories and WFL38 Grander Flexible Unit. You can return the item within 90 days if is a Grander Inline Unit (Main Entry Pipe Units) which are the big units for whole house, commercial, or industrial use. For Water Filters you can return within 90 days, we will contact you with instructions for return of item(s). To be eligible for return, your merchandise must be in the original packaging, with all parts, and excellent conditions. For all returns we will provide you with the shipping prepaid label.

After we have received your valid return, we will send you an email notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Our team will review the item(s) for condition of it and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your returned is accepted by us, we will provide you one of the following according to your needs: exchange of merchandise, online store credit, check, refund to original payment method. If we don't accept your refund because the conditions or the item(s) is unacceptable we will contact, you to provide you the options to this issue (a fee could apply).
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
